Who we are

Vexel ("we") is a digital agency based in Thessaloniki, Greece, providing website, app, advertising and video production services, as well as the Vexel Sync product synchronization service (app.vexel.gr). For anything related to your data, contact hello@vexel.gr.

What data we collect

We only collect what we need to respond to you and provide our services:

• Contact and booking forms: name, email, phone (optional), shop URL and basic details about your e-shop (e.g. product and supplier counts).
• Vexel Sync account: company name, email and billing details. Payments are processed by Stripe. We never store card numbers.
• Site usage data: collected via Google Analytics 4, Microsoft Clarity and Meta Pixel to understand how the site is used.

Website previews for medical practices

We prepare private website previews for healthcare professionals from their public Google business listing (name, address, phone, opening hours). The legal basis is our legitimate interest in proposing a specific service to the practice itself.

A preview is reachable only through its personal link, is not indexed by search engines and uses Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity only if you accept them in the cookie notice. Google Analytics never receives the personal link, only the practice name and a short code. Microsoft Clarity records the page address as it is. Without cookies or third parties, we also keep, for each visit, how long the preview stayed open, how far it was scrolled and which of its buttons were used, so we know whether it interests you. If you press «Απόρριψη» (Reject) in the cookie notice, we stop keeping them and delete what we kept from that visit. If it is not purchased, it is deleted automatically no later than 30 days after it was created. You can also delete it right away from the preview itself.

You can object at any time by writing to hello@vexel.gr. We delete it immediately and do not contact you again.

Why we use it

To respond to your requests, provide and invoice our services (electronic invoices via the Greek myDATA system), improve the site and the product, and meet our legal obligations. Legal bases: performance of a contract, legitimate interest and, where required, your consent.

Cookies and third-party services

The site uses the following third-party services, which may set cookies. Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity and Meta Pixel are only activated after you accept them in the cookie notice. You can change your choice at any time via Cookie settings at the bottom of every page.

• Google Analytics 4 (traffic statistics)
• Microsoft Clarity (anonymized session recordings for UX improvement)
• Meta Pixel (ad performance measurement)
• Stripe (subscription payments)

Where data is hosted

vexel.gr is hosted on Vercel infrastructure. The Vexel Sync infrastructure is hosted in data centers in Germany (European Union). Your product data always remains yours and you can request a copy or deletion at any time.

How long we keep it

We keep data only for as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law (e.g. tax records). Form submissions that do not lead to a collaboration are deleted within a reasonable time.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, port, restrict and object to the processing of your data. To exercise them, email hello@vexel.gr. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (dpa.gr).

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, the new version will be published on this page with an updated date.
