Who we are
Vexel ("we") is a digital agency based in Thessaloniki, Greece, providing website, app, advertising and video production services, as well as the Vexel Sync product synchronization service (app.vexel.gr). For anything related to your data, contact hello@vexel.gr.
What data we collect
We only collect what we need to respond to you and provide our services:
- Contact and booking forms: name, email, phone (optional), shop URL and basic details about your e-shop (e.g. product and supplier counts).
- Vexel Sync account: company name, email and billing details. Payments are processed by Stripe. We never store card numbers.
- Site usage data: collected via Google Analytics 4, Microsoft Clarity and Meta Pixel to understand how the site is used.
Why we use it
To respond to your requests, provide and invoice our services (electronic invoices via the Greek myDATA system), improve the site and the product, and meet our legal obligations. Legal bases: performance of a contract, legitimate interest and, where required, your consent.
Cookies and third-party services
The site uses the following third-party services, which may set cookies:
- Google Analytics 4 (traffic statistics)
- Microsoft Clarity (anonymized session recordings for UX improvement)
- Meta Pixel (ad performance measurement)
- Stripe (subscription payments)
Where data is hosted
vexel.gr is hosted on Vercel infrastructure. The Vexel Sync infrastructure is hosted in data centers in Germany (European Union). Your product data always remains yours and you can request a copy or deletion at any time.
How long we keep it
We keep data only for as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law (e.g. tax records). Form submissions that do not lead to a collaboration are deleted within a reasonable time.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, port, restrict and object to the processing of your data. To exercise them, email hello@vexel.gr. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (dpa.gr).
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, the new version will be published on this page with an updated date.
