Our services

Vexel, based in Thessaloniki, Greece, provides website, app, advertising and video production services under quotes or predefined packages, as well as the Vexel Sync product synchronization subscription via app.vexel.gr. By using the site or our services you accept these terms.

Vexel Sync subscription

The following applies to the Vexel Sync service:

• Every new account starts with a 7-day free trial, no card required and no charge during the trial.
• After the trial, the subscription is billed via Stripe, monthly or yearly, depending on the plan you choose.
• You can cancel anytime from your account. Cancellation takes effect from the next billing period, with no penalties.
• An electronic invoice is issued via the Greek myDATA system for every charge. Listed prices exclude VAT.
• Each plan's limits (products, suppliers, sync frequency) are described on the pricing page.

Your data

Your product, supplier and store data remain yours. You grant us only the right to process them in order to provide the service. You can request an export or deletion at any time. Only connect feeds and data you have the right to use.

Service availability

We make every reasonable effort to keep the service running without interruption. Short maintenance windows may occur. We are not responsible for outages caused by third parties (e.g. your e-shop's hosting provider or feed suppliers).

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vexel's total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the last 12 months. We are not liable for indirect damages such as lost profits.

Intellectual property

Vexel's software, site and marks are our property. Project deliverables (e.g. websites) belong to the client upon full payment, unless agreed otherwise.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Greek law. The courts of Thessaloniki have jurisdiction. For any question, write to hello@vexel.gr.
