Pricing

Setting up pricing rules needs the Pro or Business plan. See Plans & Pricing.

When the feed gives a cost price (rather than a ready-made regular price), the sell price is calculated automatically from the cost. With no rules of your own, a default 35% markup applies. If you map the feed's Regular Price instead, pricing rules don't apply during sync. You define the rules per supplier: Suppliers → pick a supplier → Pricing Rules tab.

Order of application

For each product, the first matching rule wins, in this order:

1. SKU override: a specific product code
2. Brand override
3. Category override (the deepest layer wins)
4. Cost tier: based on cost price range
5. Global Markup: everything else

Setting up rules

Global Markup

The default profit percentage for all products. E.g. 30% means: cost €10.00 → price €13.00.

Cost-Based Tiers

A different markup per cost range (e.g. cheap products get a higher percentage):

1. Fill in Min cost, Max cost, Markup %.
2. Click Add Tier.

Override Rules

Exceptions that beat the tiers and the global markup:

1. Pick a type: Category, Brand, or SKU.
2. Fill in the Match value (e.g. a brand name) and the Markup %.
3. Click Add Override.

Price Calculator

Test your rules before saving: enter a Cost price (and optionally SKU, brand, category) and see the Suggested sell price. It's a preview based on the rules you have right now.

Saving and applying

Click Save Rules & Update Prices. This saves the rules and recalculates the prices of all the supplier's products, with live progress. You can abort with Stop Price Update.

Prices you've protected at the product level are not touched by this update. Protect a price from the product page (the lock icon next to the field). See Protecting fields.
